
Q: What do you love most about AUXO Fitness? A: I love the culture of AUXO. I feel supported and encouraged at every workout, not only to push by myself, but also to listen to my body and respect its needs. I have met so many wonderful, positive women through AUXO that inspire me every day to be better at the Barre and in my daily life.
Q: What advice would you give someone who struggles with consistency?
A: Just come when you can. There are enough things in life to feel guilty about, you don’t need to add on top of that. If possible, try to carve out some time each week in your schedule just for yourself. Make it a hard rule that that time is for you. Once you’ve gone a few times, its easier to lock a workout in your schedule and then it can become a habit.
Q: What is your favorite class format?
A: I love Barre, especially when Pitbull is playing.
Q: What goals are you currently working towards?
A: Personally I am trying to lean out, maintain good muscle tone, and stay sane. Working out is my stress release.
Q: How do you stay motivated?
A: I love how I feel in my body when I come to Barre. I feel strong, healthy, and capable. I am a full time student and use AUXO as my workout and social time, so I am motivated by everyone!
Q: Which of AUXO’s core values most resonates with you?
A: All of AUXO’s community culture values resonate with me. I think that is what makes AUXO such a special place. AUXO doesn’t just post the values of empowerment, personal transformation, authenticity, community atmosphere, and safe & effective workouts, AUXO embodies them. It’s what I love about AUXO.
