Our signature barre workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body! This blend of ballet-inspired strengthening, Pilates core conditioning, and yoga stretches is both effective and FUN!
Join us as we focus on different sections of class in a slower-paced, interactive environment. We will answer questions and go over proper form and technique to ensure you get the most out of each barre class! Check MINDBODY for our current focus area, such as “All About Abs” or “Calves and Quads.”
Experience the same Barre moves you love but with heavier weights and fuller ranges of motion. With additional cardio and fun dance moves, this format will give you a dynamic, total body workout!
Ready to sweat? Barre-bata incorporates Tabata-style interval training with barre moves infused with additional cardio and core segments. Get ready to feel the burn at the barre.

Join us at AUXO Fitness for a special 45-minute BabyWearing Barre workout! This 4-week series will allow you a special time to bond with your baby while toning your body and strengthening your core. Mind and Body Classes
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves us feeling long, strong, calm and centered. BODYFLOW™ will change the way you feel. You’ll stand straighter and feel stronger. You’ll gain flexibility and become more physically and mentally aware.
Gentle yoga is a full-body sequence that combines movement with mindful breathing. This class is a deeply nourishing experience, leaving you feeling connected to your body. Appropriate for all fitness levels; all are welcome.
This mat Pilates class consists of low-impact flexibility building and muscular strengthening that will unmistakably be reflected in the way you walk, in the way you play, and in the way you work. Pilates’ focus is to improve postural alignment, core stability, and mental and physical strength.
This class is based on a functional approach to Pilates and often incorporates equipment that will help in everyday life. You will discover how to work through various planes of motion and recognize postural concerns that will improve functional strength in everyday activities, posture, and reduce overuse injuries. Both beginner and experienced students welcome!
