20-in-30 Challenge Recap

This Fall, we challenged our AUXO Fit Family to make it a habit with us! They committed to their fitness by taking 20 classes in 30 days, setting intentions, and creating new routines or adding to their current one.

Because finding time to take 20 classes in a month can be difficult, we added a few pop-up classes and workshops to keep it fun and exciting! There was a 3-day Yoga workshop in the studio led by Sid & Liz McNairy, which helped Susan become one of the first to reach her 20 classes (in ONLY 13 days - WOW!). Lululemon hosted us for a Sunday sweat session at their newly-opened seasonal store in Butler Plaza, where we had fun shopping together after a tough Barre class. We also brought Barre to the brewery with a pop-up class at Cypress and Grove, and were at First Magnitude for our monthly YogaBrew with the BodyFlow team.


As usual, there were a few opportunities to get bonus points on the board. Most of these were found in the last three days of the challenge, but our favorite double point class was the launch of BodyFlow Release 86. This was held under the pavillion at One Love Cafe, and had a gorgeous Flowing into Fall theme (even though the mosquitoes didn’t get the memo).

The challenge ended with the majority of our participants completing all 20 classes and earning limited-edition AUXO State of Mind tanks that they’ll wear with pride. We wrapped everything up with champagne and macaroons for a mini celebration in the studio, and hope everyone finished feeling empowered, and ready to take on the next challenge: 50-in-60!
